Suspended License Tour Part 3 go to Part 1 go to Part 2 go to Part 4
Plan, we don't need no stinking plan, we just need phone numbers. Alright, we leave Pittsburgh, on our way to hit stuff in the DC area. I was hoping to hit Arlington, GSL, Chaumpaville, and maybe one other spot, but end up only skating GSL. Anyway, we arrange to have a few things mailed to Psycho's and we also arrange a visit at "that guy" Jeff's near my childhood hometown of Bowie MD. Super, Suzy (Jeff's wife) give's the OK for us to stay over, stoked! There band NagChaumpa was practicing when we arrived, so we were the first to ever here 2 of their new songs, I enjoyed it and so did Benji. The following morning we picked up our friend Dirty Danny and started the trek to the Outerbanks. We went to the DC Ghetto very close to the White House to skate GSL, better known as Green Skate Lab, a Skatepark built by a collaboration of skaters from the area, the walls were built up with used truck tires packed with dirt. The whole thing has pool coping and is really sick. Big thanks should go to Chris and Terry Nostrand for their tireless efforts! Anyway, Benji Danny and I had to spread the puddles so the place would dry out, then we skated for a while, I took pictures and video, then we went to Psycho's, ate some food then left for North Carolina. Here's some of the pictures and some video, enjoy it or not, it don't matter.

![]() The large ramp, the deck of which I am standing is going to be covered with Skatelite, if you want to contribute to the scene, get on nagchaumpa.com and make some arrangements. |

![]() Bud Baum had it going on. 5 girls holding him up, one of the luckiest guys I saw on the trip. Bud with Steph, Sarah, Casey, Teresa, and Elayne. You go Bud. |
| I've gotta tell you, I didn't take very many pictures at the Wanchese Bowl, as a matter of fact, I took very few. Though, I did shoot a lot of video, well, atleast an hour and a half this trip. I've been to Wanchese a few times and each time have taken a good amount of footage, though this is the first of it that I've posted on the web. I hope you enjoy it if you watch it. A link to it is on the top of the page. | |
Pools pools pools, we skated them by the Atlantic Ocean.
