Well I've been to California 4 times in the last 2 years or so, and have accumlated a pile of pools and such.

I made a trip in July 2003 that turned into a breakdown
tour. My van kept breaking down, though that enabled me and Jerry to
stay longer, check out the low down, the trip was a NorCal trip with a taste of
Oregon and a heaping spoonful of Colorado. You can also check out Jerry's

Called the breakdown tour for a reason
This winter 04 found me in Orange County trying to shake the hybernation I
had been in while living in Ohio. I skated a few pools with Benji and some
parks as well. The best parks out there had a pool plus flow area.
I liked it so much I went back to Orange County, skated a few pools with Dave
Reul, visited Greg Castle and checked out his Basic
BBQ Grind 2004, and even skated a pool Dave Hackett had found and drained. Checked
out the wedge (boogie board spot) when it was like 15 to 20'.
Me and a few friends made a stop at Kelly Belmars for a little session since I
had never been there before, so here I am getting my grind on.
